What if I can’t be hypnotized?

When you are talking with someone and you zone out and all of a sudden you hear the person talking talking again, but you didn’t hear what they said – that means you were in a trance. Will I fall asleep during the session?
Hypnosis is not sleep so you don’t want to fall asleep during the session. However hypnosis is very relaxing. Hypnosis is about talking to the unconscious mind so you want to be awake and relaxed but not asleep. If you do fall asleep, you will get the benefits for as long your unconscious mind is absorbing the information.
