Change of Booking

When a booking has been made, you must give 24 hours notice to cancel or receive a refund.  If less than 24 hours notice has been given no refund will be issued as the time will have been allocated.


Counselling Refund Policy

If you have attended your counselling session – no refund will be given as the time has been allocated. However, we will offer a free session if there was an issue or concern with the session.


Program Refund Policy

If you have enrolled in a Program, please read the refund policy terms and agreement relevant for each program which is included on your sign up page of the program contract.


Hypnotherapy Refund Policy

At the end of each Hypnotherapy session, the hypnotherapist will test the processes used by asking you directly if the emotion is gone, or if the purpose of your hypnotherapy session has been resolved.  If the answer is no, you will be offered a free session to continue working on the issue and to learn how to go deeper in hypnosis. We do not offer a refund as the session time has been allocated and the hypnotherapist has done the work.  The free session is always offered as we want to help the client get the result.


If the hypnotherapist discovers any additional concerns throughout the session, these issues will be discussed with you to determine the recommended course of treatment.  You have the option to take the recommendation or to not go ahead with further sessions.  If you have paid in advance for further sessions and have decided not to go ahead you will be refunded the amount you have paid in advance.


Business Coaching Refunds Policy

Please read the business coaching contract signed by Whitsunday Professional Counselling and yourself as the client.
