A Phobia is an intense extreme  irrational fear.  Even though you may be able to acknowledge this it doesn’t change the phobia.  It’s still there.  It’s something you can rationalise away.

Fear is a normal emotion. It keeps us safe. It kicks in our survival instinct of fight or flight.

The problem is normal coping mechanisms don’t work. Other people may struggle to understand your phobia or reactions to it and it may sound silly to THEM. But to you it’s as serious as it gets.

You can find opportunities in life slipping by when the phobia becomes more present or when the fear becomes more intense.

You can miss out on so many awesome experiences. Missing out on travel experiences because you’re scared of flying.  Don’t get to jump out of a plane to skydive because you’re scared of heights.

More importantly not getting medical attention if you’re scared of needles or surgery.

Phobias trigger anxiety, panic attacks and in some cases even PTSD.  Left untreated phobias generally tend to get worse over time. They can make you feel powerless.

The good news is phobias can be treated with hypnotherapy.  Phobias are unconscious reactions and behaviours.

Phobias are learned behaviours and that means you can unlearn them.

Through Hypnotherapy we can access your unconscious mind. The part that is responsible for your learning and memory recall.

We can reprogram your reactions, let go of fear and you can live a happy life without missing out on anything.

Then I will create your hypnosis plan.

This is your hypnosis session.

You will go into a trance and let go of the phobia.  

It will take 90 minutes.
