There comes a time in everyone’s life when they have reached the limits of their own level of thinking. Issues come up in life and we just don’t have an answer anymore. When that happens it’s easy to feel lost, stuck or trapped.
There are 2 different ways I can help you. We can talk about what’s going on in your life or we can what is going on in your life. Talking is important. It feels good to get things off your chest and sometimes you can actually hear yourself coming out with the answer you need. And that’s pretty awesome.
In my experience with personal counselling sessions, most people come to see me because they can’t put their finger on the problem or the solution. All they know is they feel like crap and they shouldn’t feel this way. That’s where I come in.
I love what I do. I love it so much that I work 7 days a week so I can be available for those people who are ready to change and want to change:

Personal counselling sessions are private and confidential. You will have the opportunity to talk about what is going on and expect to have some solutions, tools, and resolutions to your situation.
Depending on what’s going on for you and how long it’s been going on for we can do either one-on-one counselling sessions or for long term issues that have cause you to repeat negative patterns or cycles the Personal Breakthrough Program is the best way to go.
