During the hypnosis session, you’re taken through a series of trance states. Once you have reached the hypnotic trance state required, we perform a hypnotic analysis of where, when and how the anxiety started.


The next step is to reprogram your unconscious mind with a new strategy for anxiety. That means, instead of your current reaction to stressful situations, instead of feeling anxious, you will feel calm, in control and confident.


Clinical hypnotherapy works with your emotions, your thought processes and can change the physical feelings of anxiety.   To be honest, it can almost feel like magic because the results happen so quickly and it really is a game-changer.

The cost of each session is $250 and the session takes between 1.5 – 2 hours.
